How it works

Before and after each job

Agree what is needed, who can act and which decisions stay with you. The record should make completed work and unresolved issues easy to distinguish.

This fictional example follows one repair from observation to completion and shows another issue still awaiting approval. The dates, costs and records are illustrative, not customer results.

Working arrangements

Your existing providers
and agreed costs

Keep your cleaner or agent where your agreements and access arrangements allow.

Ask us to cover a specific gap instead of replacing an arrangement that works.

Agree Riviera’s fee and supplier costs separately before work begins.

Additional work needs your approval. A report or quote is not permission to proceed.
